Dr. Castillo is a very compassionate doctor, he listens to the patient and also explains everything to be done. When I met him I felt like he was not only doctor but also my friend. He doesn't have the Dr. syndrome where he is your boss.
It doesn't take long to see that he thinks of his work as an art. The hospital was fantastic too, very clean. Even with the swelling from IV fluids and surgery I can tell he did a beautiful job! He is going to do my face lift after I recover from this. You know he did a great job if I am willing to come back and let him do my face. I am very impressed with the entire experience.
BELT LIPECTOMY AND BREAST LIFT
I gained 60 pounds in each of my pregnancies. I like to exercise and I lost some of the baby fat, but I was still not happy with my body. I felt like I was stuck, but now, after 7 months from procedure, I'm in the best shape and condition of my life.
At the beginning, my husband and I, were not convinced about going ahead with the procedure, we had many doubts, but Dr. Castillo was very professional. After our first appointment, we felt secure and convinced, we were inspired and he made us gain confidence in his work. After the procedure was performed he stayed attentive. We live in USA and never had any communication problems, he always took our calls, messages, etc, and was always in tune to my recovery needs.

Very pleased with my results so far after belt lipectomy with Dr. Castillo. He is very detail oriented and has great bedside manner. Dr. Castillo in Tijuana is an amazing doctor. He answered all my questions. I couldn't mane up my mind, and was between doctors. However Dr. Castillo sat down with me 3 times to discuss the operations I needed. I went with a lower body lift with fat transfer to my butt. He also uses a suture technique that doesn't require any drains. The CER hospital was wonderful, nice and clean. The nurses were all so kind and caring. They helped me so much, very sweet.
BODY LIFT
When i met Dr. Castillo he was so nice! He told me exactly what I was going to look like after. I loved how he was very straightforward about how my nose was going to come out instead of telling me lies. He didn't really want to see any pictures that i brought in because he said every nose is different and he wanted to look at my nose and talk about mine. The staff there is super nice and friendly. Very very clean facility. Dr Castillo was so careful of my nose when i would have my checkups he never hurt me he always did everything very slow and careful. The procedure was so painless i was so shocked. Even recovery didn't hurt at all! i loved my results!

When I stepped foot into Dr. Castillo's office, I was very nervous, but he made me feel at home immediately. I went in for breast implants. Dr. Castillo did my surgery and I tell you he made magic. My breast are beautiful and I feel confident like I have never felt before. I feel like a new person. He was very professional They gave me such a wonderful care and they listened to my every need.
