Description
A patient who has had breast implants placed for more than 10 years comes in because of discomfort in the breasts. She does not want to remove the implants, only change them for others of the same size and because the breasts show descent, she undergoes a breast lift with capsulectomy and change of implants. Paciente con mas de 10 años de haberse colocado implantes mamarios acude por presentar molestia. No desea remover los implantes solo cambiarlos por otros del mismo tamaño y debido a que las mamas presentan descenso se le realiza levantamiento mamario con capsulectomía y cambio de implantes.
