For patient safety reasons is important to have the transformation to a slimmer body in stages, depending on each patients concerns and preferences. The first stage in this patient was a Belt Lipectomy to remove the extra skin in the abdomen, hips and lower back, resulting in a flatter abdomen, hips without skin irregularities and a butt lift. In her second stage she had a breast lift with implants.
