Description
A post-bariatric patient underwent a comprehensive transformation through a two-stage combination of surgical procedures to enhance her figure: Upper Body Lift: Extended breast lift, extended brachioplasty, and torsoplasty. Lower Body Lift: Belt lipectomy in Fleur de Lis, accompanied by fat transfer to the buttocks. During the postoperative period, she experienced an allergic reaction to tapes, which was successfully resolved after their removal. Paciente post-bariátrica que se sometió a dos etapas de una combinación de procedimientos quirúrgicos para mejorar su figura: Levantamiento corporal superior: Levantamiento extendido de los senos + Braquioplastia extendida + Torsoplastia. Levantamiento corporal inferior: Lipectomía en cinturón en Fleur de Lis + Transferencia de grasa a los glúteos.
